By accessing and using Wizmoto, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
You acknowledge and agree that Wizmoto is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in it.
As a user, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, uploading malicious content, or infringing upon the rights of others.
Users and sellers retain ownership of the content they submit. However, by uploading content, you grant Wizmoto a universal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content.
You must not upload material that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
Wizmoto will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or the inability to use the service.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Service will be governed by the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this platform shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Wizmoto reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of Wizmoto after any changes will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
